<\/a><\/p>\nOur new, third music building \u2013 ARTtraktiv Vol. 3 \u2013 is located at Buchberger Stra\u00dfe 4 in Berlin-Lichtenberg, just a few minutes from the popular Ostkreuz area in Friedrichshain. Across four floors, nearly 60 studios and rehearsal rooms are being created, offering musicians and bands long-term space for their creative work. The building is modernly equipped, featuring video surveillance, an elevator, and a spacious outdoor area that provides room for breaks and interaction. If needed, internet access can be added flexibly. The transport connections are also excellent: the location is in close proximity to Lichtenberg S-Bahn station (S5, S7, S75, U5) as well as the Lichtenberg \/ Siegfriedstra\u00dfe tram stop (M21, M37). Located in a quiet environment with mainly office surroundings, it offers ideal conditions for focused and relaxed rehearsals.<\/p>\n

The house in Beilsteiner Str. 121 – ARTtraktiv Vol. 1 – has always fostered an atmosphere of creative freedom, here you can make music 24\/7 and exchange ideas with other artists from all genres. In addition to a friendly atmosphere, we give great importance to security with round-the-clock supervision and camera surveillance. In the house there are also snack and drink vending machines, an elevator, a shower, parking in front of the door as well as outdoor seating in the summer. Internet access can be booked flexibly at any time if required.<\/p>\n Our \u201cPlatte\u201d, which is located in Marzahn, right on the border with Lichtenberg, can be quickly reached via S7 to “Springpfuhl” station and streetcar lines 27, 37, M5, M8 and M17 to “Beilsteiner Stra\u00dfe” station.<\/p>\n Under rent rehearsal room<\/a> you can find our room sizes and all conditions. Contact us now!<\/a><\/p>\n In 2018, we opened our second Music House – ARTtraktiv Vol. 2 – at Frank-Zappa-Str. 11, adjacent to Landsberger Allee, not far from our house on Beilsteiner Stra\u00dfe and with the ORWOhaus as neighbours. With the second location, we provide artists with an additional approx. 200 studios and rehearsal rooms on nine floors for their creative work. The building is monitored by cameras, has around-the-clock service, and has vending machines for drinks and snacks, an elevator, a shower, and a green outdoor area. Those who need Internet access can book it easily and flexibly.<\/p>\n Located near the S-Bahn station Poelchaustra\u00dfe (S7) and the streetcar station “Dingelst\u00e4dter Stra\u00dfe” (16, 27, M6, M17), the building is easily accessible and yet far from residential areas.
