ARTtraktiv has two available buildings where we offer empty rental rooms of different sizes to solo artists and bands of every music genre. You are free to design your room as you need it. We are conveniently located in an industrial area, allowing you to be as loud as you want, all day and all night without your neighbours complaining or any other restrictions.<\/p>\n

Both of our buildings<\/a> are located in Marzahn with excellent public transport connections to the other parts of the city. Our locations are at Beilsteiner Stra\u00dfe 121, 12681 Berlin, accessible via S-Bahn S7\u00a0and Tram M8 and Frank-Zappa-Stra\u00dfe 11, 12681 Berlin, accessible via the S-Bahn S7\u00a0and Tram M6, M17, 16 and 27.<\/p>\n

For your security we have a staff member on-site at all times, as well as camera surveillance at both locations. The buildings have an elevator as well as a shower facilities, vending machines for snacks, drinks and coffee 24\/7. There are easy and flexible booking options available for internet access for any of your devices.<\/p>\n

At ARTtraktiv you will be part of a community of over 1000 bands and musicians.<\/p>\n
