We rent out rehearsal rooms of all sizes in our artist buildings in Berlin-Marzahn and Lichtenberg to bands and solo artists of all musical styles.
In our buildings, you can make music 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and customize and expand your rehearsal space according to your needs. Two of our buildings are located in the Marzahn industrial area and therefore not in the immediate vicinity of residential buildings or neighbors who could be disturbed. Our third location has been opened in Berlin-Lichtenberg, on the edge of Friedrichshain. Our locations are at Beilsteiner Straße 121 (S-Bahn S7 & tram M8), Frank-Zappa-Straße 11 (S7 & tram M6, M17, 16 and 27), and Buchberger Straße 4 (S5, S7, S75, U5 and tram M21), making them accessible around the clock by public transport from the city center without transfers. The buildings are monitored, have 24/7 day and night security, and offer vending machines for drinks and snacks, an elevator, and a shower. If you need internet access for work, it can be booked easily and flexibly. Last but not least, you will be part of our large ARTtraktiv community with over 1,000 bands and solo musicians from all genres.
